The International Magnesium Association is pleased to invite abstracts of presentations proposed for presentation at the 83rd Annual IMA World Magnesium Conference, scheduled for 17-19 May 2026, in Montreal, Canada. 国际镁业协会诚邀您提交拟在2026年5月17-19日于加拿大蒙特利尔举行的第83届IMA世界镁业大会上的演讲摘要。
This conference is planned as an in-person event only. We encourage you to submit your abstracts and let IMA EVP Andrew Spear, andrew.spear@ewald.com know if you are concerned about your ability to travel. Presentation Categories 演讲类别
Presentations are being sought on the latest developments in the magnesium industry including new or improved materials, processes, applications, markets, recycling, fundamental research, emerging technologies, and all other topics related to magnesium metal. Presentation slides will be made available to conference attendees. Presenters may submit papers for review and possible publication in the Journal of Magnesium and Alloys. Presentations at the event will be 25-30 minutes each, with 5 minutes allotted for questions and answers.我们诚邀各方就镁行业最新发展提交报告，内容涵盖新型或改进材料、工艺技术、应用领域、市场动态、回收利用、基础研究、前沿科技等所有与金属镁相关的议题。会议资料将向参会者公开，报告人可提交论文经评审后有机会发表于《Journal of Magnesium and Alloys》。每场报告时长25-30分钟，另设5分钟问答环节。

If your abstract is selected, you will be notified of the decision on 10 February 2026. You will be invited to submit a presentation based on the approved abstract. Acceptance of your abstract does not guarantee acceptance of your presentation. Specific guidelines for preparation of your presentation will be provided at the time of abstract acceptance, along with audio/visual guidelines for your presentation.若您的摘要入选，将于2026年2月10日收到通知。您将被邀请根据获批摘要提交演讲报告。摘要通过并不保证报告最终被采纳。具体报告制作指南将与摘要录用通知一并发送，同时附上演讲所需的视听设备要求说明。

How to Submit Your Abstract 摘要提交方式
Abstracts must be submitted in electronic format using the online submission link below. Please submit your 150-word abstract on or before 12 January 2026. The abstract must include sufficient detail to permit a thorough review and evaluation of the presentation’s proposed content and significance. If you are submitting multiple abstracts, please complete a separate form for each submission.摘要须通过下方在线提交链接以电子格式递交。请于2026年1月12日前提交150字摘要，内容需包含足够细节以便评审组全面评估报告提案的价值与意义。若提交多篇摘要，每篇均需单独填写提交表格。
