On April 23, DH Autolead visits YIZUMI's Shunde headquarters to complete the acceptance and delivery of three DM500HII-S Die Casting Machines and auxiliary equipment. These machines will be shipped to DH Autolead's Mexican subsidiary to produce aluminum/magnesium alloy steering wheel armatures, marking a new global milestone for their partnership.

An automotive parts manufacturing network spanning Asia and the Americas continues to strengthen for YIZUMI and DH Autolead. This is not just a delivery of machinery. This is not just a delivery of machinery. It is proof of deep trust.

A Decade of Dedication: Trust from South Korea to the World
Founded in 2001, DH Autolead is a South Korean KOSDAQ-listed company specializing in steering wheels and integrated systems.
Providing OEM services for major automakers like Hyundai, Kia, and GM Korea, it is now South Korea's top steering wheel manufacturer.

Since partnering in 2015, both DH Autolead's South Korean headquarters and subsidiary in Yancheng, Jiangsu have purchased YIZUMI die casting machines. In 2026, as DH Autolead accelerates its overseas expansion, it once again chose YIZUMI for its new project in Mexico. The company purchased DM500HII-S machines—and for the first time, paired them with a full set of auxiliary equipment, including magnesium dosing furnaces, aluminum alloy furnaces, chillers, and mold temperature controllers.
Over the past decade, YIZUMI has grown in lockstep with DH Autolead—from East Asia to North America. Wherever the customer builds a plant, YIZUMI's equipment and services follow. Repeat orders from factories across two continents validate YIZUMI's exceptional product strength and holistic solutions. This also highlights their deep strategic trust in the globalization process: growing and going global together.

Tech Breakthroughs: Enabling Safety-Critical Components
Steering wheel armatures are automotive safety parts with extremely stringent quality requirements. In critical load-bearing areas—like steering column mounts, airbag module zones, and spoke-to-rim connections—internal defects are subject to the industry's most rigorous zero-tolerance standards, as any flaw can compromise driving safety.
Designed to meet these challenges, the DM500HII-S Die Casting Machine features a mature, optimized injection system delivering a dry shot speed ≥9m/s and fast injection acceleration ≥50G—enabling high-speed, precision filling. Combined with proven aluminum/magnesium alloy molding technologies, it offers significant advantages in energy efficiency, yield rates, and maintenance costs. It supports one-shot molding of complex, thin-walled structures, perfectly meeting the rigorous requirements of aluminum/magnesium alloy steering wheel armatures.

More importantly, YIZUMI has evolved from a standalone equipment supplier into a "technology + ecosystem" enabler. For this project, YIZUMI provided a turnkey service covering mold development, process optimization, and equipment customization, helping the customer quickly achieve stable mass production while lowering operational risks.
Service Commitment: Localized Operations Build the Foundation of Trust
Equipment export is just the starting point; Ensuring continuous, stable production is what really matters. In August 2024, YIZUMI established a subsidiary in Querétaro, Mexico. Its 2,000+ m2 technical service center stocks thousands of spare parts, providing localized services like installation, training, and basic maintenance.
Notably, the Mexican subsidiary forms strong strategic synergy with YIZUMI's Ohio plant and North American Technical Center. This layout optimizes YIZUMI’s global production and supply chain while enhancing localized service capabilities in North America. By deploying resources locally, it sharply reduces service response times and ensures customer production continuity.

Witnessing Smart Manufacturing: From Tech Event to Lean Shop Floor
Prior to delivery, DH Autolead was invited to attend YIZUMI CONNECT 2026 on April 20. Representatives witnessed YIZUMI's technological breadth across injection molding, die casting, and rubber injection molding, as well as its systematic progress in digitalization, intelligent manufacturing, and green initiatives.

On April 23, DH Autolead representatives toured YIZUMI's Wusha No. 3 Factory. They remarked: "From lean management to human-machine collaboration, this isn't a theoretical 'lights-out factory', but a practical smart manufacturing scene. You've integrated automation into the details of every workstation."

YIZUMI die casting machines cross the Pacific, from China to Mexico. A partnership spans a decade, from 2015 to 2026.Today, as the global automotive supply chain undergoes restructuring, YIZUMI, together with a growing number of partners—is deploying stable, efficient, and intelligent equipment to support a manufacturing network that spans Asia, Europe, Americas and Africa. Together, they are writing a new chapter in cross-border collaboration.
