Steering wheel armatures are automotive safety parts with extremely stringent quality requirements. In critical load-bearing areas—like steering column mounts, airbag module zones, and spoke-to-rim connections—internal defects are subject to the industry's most rigorous zero-tolerance standards, as any flaw can compromise driving safety.
Designed to meet these challenges, the DM500HII-S Die Casting Machine features a mature, optimized injection system delivering a dry shot speed ≥9m/s and fast injection acceleration ≥50G—enabling high-speed, precision filling. Combined with proven aluminum/magnesium alloy molding technologies, it offers significant advantages in energy efficiency, yield rates, and maintenance costs. It supports one-shot molding of complex, thin-walled structures, perfectly meeting the rigorous requirements of aluminum/magnesium alloy steering wheel armatures.
More importantly, YIZUMI has evolved from a standalone equipment supplier into a "technology + ecosystem" enabler. For this project, YIZUMI provided a turnkey service covering mold development, process optimization, and equipment customization, helping the customer quickly achieve stable mass production while lowering operational risks.

Prior to delivery, DH Autolead was invited to attend YIZUMI CONNECT 2026 on April 20.
